A Psalm (Psalm of Jeff) 3

You have spoken promises over us.  You have given us blessings so many that we cannot count them all. Yet we are so mired in the world that we often forget who we are and whose whose we are.  It will take a lifetime to unlearn the ideas and faithlessness of this world.  We must reprogram our minds to think like you, to live by faith, to attempt to restore the damage done by Satan in the garden.  To distinguish between love and judgement.  Returning to God in love, in faith, in hope.

You have made a way to victory over the Prince of this world, Satan, who is at war with you, using the Unaware as pawns to enact evil. Principalities and Powers exist who would destroy the Beloved to hurt the Father.  Their schemes are toxic.  Should we not expect to endure persecution?  Shall we not be wronged?  And were you not wronged?  Did you not endure death by torture by pawns of the Adversary? But death could not hold you because you are Righteousness in the form of a man.  In fact, when you died you broke the curse of Adam.  The Son of Man became Light that cut the bonds of Hell for mankind.  The ultimate sacrificial act of God for redeeming all who love Him.

Unseen Things

Unseen Things
All we think we know is but a tiny part of a bigger picture
We believe what we see but there is so much more
Faith is the assurance of things hoped for
the conviction of things not seen
so we fix our eyes not on what is seen, which is temporary
but on what is unseen, which is eternal
Our life is full of miracles- the evidence of things unseen
I believe in the sun even when it's not shining
I believe in love even when I am alone
I believe in you, God, even when you are silent
This is faith
This is hope
This is love-
The evidence of things unseen
